Live Wallpaper for your desktop

Livewallpaper is an app that lets you set a moving background to your desktop.
If you are bored of the static wallpapers on your PC and want to animate it a little, here is an interesting way to do it. Installing Livewallpaper will give you six  highly customizable wallpapers. They are:

Circles: Ubuntu touch stile clock
Photoslide: a custom grid of pictures with sliding rows and columns
Galaxy: a rotating galaxy on a fixed stars background
Nexus: android inspired moving lines
Noise: white random static noise
Gradient clock: a clock with colored circles instead of hands

It is available for Ubuntu 12.04, 12.10 and 13.04 from a ppa. To install it, open a terminal and run:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:fyrmir/livewallpaper-daily
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install livewallpaper livewallpaper-config livewallpaper-indicator

While using the app the desktop icons can not be seen or accessed any more but the rest of the OS is working properly.
