Move mouse between monitors

Do you have a dual monitor setup with Ubuntu and you have difficulties moving the mouse or dragging the windows between the two monitors? You can resolve the problem by disabling certain plugins from Compiz, or by the next easy trick:
Open CompizConfig Settings Manager (if you don't have it, install it from the Ubuntu Software Center), go to Desktop category and click on Ubuntu Unity Plugin. Now go to the Experimental tab and find the Edge Stop Velocity entry in the list. The default value is 65 and it is the speed above which you should move the mouse in order to move to the other monitor. Set it to a low value (1 is the minimum but 5 would do fine) and test the result to see if you are happy with it.
From now on you can move at normal speed to go to the other monitor but you will have to move slower in order to activate other plugins (snapping, maximizing, etc).
