If you navigate through your files in Nautilus (or Files, as it's called since 13.04) and you suddenly need to open a terminal in the current location here is how to do it:
Open the software center and search for nautilus-open-terminal plugin. After you install it you might need to log out and back in in order to activate it. Now you can right-click wherever in Nautilus (aka Files) and select Open in Terminal from the menu.
